These terms are intended to govern use of the StarTimesGO Kenya storefront and orders accepted for delivery in Kenya. They do not exclude rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Kenya law.
Using the storefront
A customer must provide accurate checkout information and use the website lawfully. Guest checkout is available and an account is not required. Product images and descriptions are provided to help customers make an informed choice; minor display differences may occur.
Prices and availability
Prices are displayed in Kenya shillings. The total shown at checkout will identify product and delivery charges applicable to that order. Products remain subject to availability and quantity limits. Obvious errors may be corrected before an order is accepted, with the customer informed of the available options.
Placing and accepting an order
Checkout gives the customer an opportunity to review and correct order and address information before submission. Receiving an automated order message confirms receipt of the request; the exact point at which the production store accepts an order is awaiting business confirmation. A written order record will be sent to the email address supplied at checkout.
Payment
M-PESA is the planned launch payment method. Payment is completed through the supported payment flow and remains subject to confirmation. Customers must never share an M-PESA PIN with StarTimesGO Kenya staff or enter it into an email or support message.
Delivery, returns and refunds
The Shipping & delivery and Returns & refunds pages form part of these terms. Product-specific limitations disclosed before checkout also apply.
Liability and events outside reasonable control
Nothing in these terms limits liability or customer rights where doing so would be unlawful. Final production language covering loss, delay and events outside reasonable control requires legal and business review.
Privacy
Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy policy. A customer should review that notice before submitting checkout information.
Applicable law and contact

Orders placed while the website displays the test-site banner are for validation only, will not be fulfilled and do not create a real payment or sales obligation.
